For dogs weighing above 56kg, a combination of two Bravecto spot-on tubes should be used that closely matches their body weight. Once Bravecto spot-on is administered, it is absorbed into the dog's bloodstream from the skin. The active ingredient, fluralaner, then distributes and persists for 6 months, providing nose-to-toes protection. This product is suitable for dogs who swim or are bathed regularly due to its systemic profile. However, it is recommended to avoid washing or shampooing the dog within 3 days of treatment. Immediately before use, open the sachet and remove the pipette. Hold the pipette in an upright position (tip up) by the base or the upper rigid portion below the cap. Rotate the cap clockwise or counter-clockwise one full turn. The cap will stay on the pipette; it cannot be removed. The pipette is open and ready for application when the breaking of the seal is felt. 2. The dog should be standing or lying with its back horizontal during application. Place the pipette tip vertically against the skin between the shoulder blades of the dog. 3. Gently squeeze the pipette and apply the entire contents directly to the dog's skin in one or several spots along the dog's dorsal line from the shoulder to the base of the tail.
