Shipping is based on weight and destination. We do not offer Free shipping due to the weight and sizes of many items. We strive to have the most accurate weights so the shipping choices give you the best advantage using our commercial shipping rates with the United States Postal Service, FedEx and FedEx Express Save.
If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance within 48 hours of your delivery date to notify of any damaged or missing items.
Some frozen or refrigerated items will require mandatory express or overnight shipping due to the insulated packaging.

- Arrival delay: Claim for $5 if your domestic package is not delivered within 10 days since fulfillment (30 days for international package).
